Please help spread the word about this intensive New Testament course. Gordon-Conwell Cincinnati has initiated a city-wide movement to bring affordable and accessible theological education to our region.

Are you discerning God’s call on your life? Are you are considering attending seminary? Are you serious about studying the Bible?  We encourage you to attend this summer course. Dr. David Palmer, Senior Pastor at Kenwood Baptist Church, New Testament Faculty at Gordon-Conwell, will teach the New Testament using his book from the CASKET EMPTY set. Each class will be broadcast online and moderated so remote students can actively participate. It may be taken for graduate credit, but can also be attended without enrolling.

Course Description Exploring the New Testament provides a biblical-theological introduction to the New Testament as the divine fulfillment in Jesus of God’s redemptive plan through history. This course will utilize CASKET EMPTY as a framework for understanding the coherence of the Scripture around the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. He is the incarnate Son of God, atoning sacrifice for sin, and exalted Lord of all the earth. The gospel of his kingdom extends to all nations and all peoples. This course will encourage students to see the New Testament both in historical context and as God’s Word to guide the life and witness of the church today.
