Red Bird Hollow Hike - July 24

Red Bird Hollow Hike

July 24, 8:30 AM

Meet at the baseball field at Stephan Field in Indian Hill. The hike is about 2 miles round trip on a wooded and shaded path through Indian Hill. You’ll see the old bridge trestles from the Loveland Railroad as we walk by the stream. Please wear comfortable walking shoes.

If you are participating in the Geocaching, please remember to bring a little prize for the take one/leave one container!

Susan Hill and her family will lead this 3 mile out and back hike in the beautiful Indian Hill woods. Following the path of the stream, we'll see an old train trellis, natural pool dogs love to swim in, and many trees and wildflowers.

For kids and the more adventurous off-trail hikers, you can duck off the hike for a quick Geo-cache! We think you can catch back up with the group if you go fast!

For those who want to go part of the way, you can turn around at any time. The trail is clearly marked.

Please wear comfortable shoes and your Comm*Unity shirt!

Meet at the playground at Stephan Field Park at the corner of Shawnee Run and Drake Roads in Indian Hill (45243).
