Easter Sunday Services

After His suffering and death, Jesus’ disciples hunkered down and pondered what had just happened and what it all meant. They had witnessed the most horrible death anyone could endure: Roman crucifixion. They saw His lifeless body taken down from the cross and given to Joseph of Arimathea for burial. Their hopes seemed dashed.

Jesus died taking the sins of the entire world upon Himself, as only the divine Son of God could.  Sin was crushed.  But, just as GOD’s gospel – the good news – was on full display in Christ’s suffering, so too would God's gospel be on full display in just a few days. Three days after his crucifixion death was defeated.  The once lifeless body of Jesus was supernaturally raised from the dead by the Spirit of GOD and visited upon over 500 eyewitnesses.  Jesus was and is alive, has canceled our sin debt, and reigns victoriously on His throne in Heaven forever.  Hallelujah! Christ is risen! He is risen, indeed.

We look forward to this awesome celebration on Sunday, April 4, 2021, and we invite you to come ready to give praise and honor to our Lord as we proclaim His glorious resurrection.

Join us at 9:30 AM or 11:00 AM in the Sanctuary, Multipurpose Room, Fellowship Hall, or Pavilion (9:30 only and weather permitting.).

He is not here, but has risen.
