David's Role at Kenwood
David serves as Senior Pastor with primary responsibilities in preaching, shepherding, servant leadership, and prayer. He loves being part of God's family in Christ and being surrounded by such a gifted staff and faithful congregation at Kenwood.

David served as Associate Pastor for ten years at Kenwood prior to his call as senior pastor. Before coming to Cincinnati, he pastored in New England and taught biblical studies at Gordon College. He currently serves as adjunct professor of New Testament at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He has been blessed to participate in global missions in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and South America.
David is married to Christine and together they have two children, Salome and Jonathan.

Scott's Role at Kenwood
Scott began serving as the Associate Pastor in the summer of 2015. His primary roles involve outreach, assimilation, and discipleship.

B.S. in Applied Communication from Appalachian State University, Boone, NC
Scott came to Cincinnati after serving for 10.5 years as the Youth & Family Pastor of Alliance Bible Fellowship in Boone, NC. Prior to that, he served as a youth pastor at New Hope Baptist Church in Versailles, KY. Scott has led six mission trips to El Salvador, and served as a youth camp speaker on numerous occasions. He enjoys teaching God’s Word and helping people follow Christ.
Scott is married to Carol and they have five children: McKenzie, Paige, Lauren, Zach, and Caleb.

Glenn's Role at Kenwood
The Associate Pastor has primary responsibility to magnify Jesus Christ through the godly, wise stewardship of financial and human resources at Kenwood Baptist Church. He supports and extends the ministry vision of the Senior Pastor within an atmosphere of servant leadership, personal godliness, Christ-honoring friendship, and ministerial excellence.

Glenn came to Kenwood in 2017 with Thirty-two years of pastoral leadership. He most recently served at the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church in Williamstown, WV. Prior to that he served as the Executive Pastor at Karl Road Baptist Church in Columbus, OH and as the Senior Pastor at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Columbus, OH.
Glenn and his wife Chris have two adult children, Brittney and Chandler.

Lydia's Role at Kenwood
Lydia has served as the Director of Young Adult Ministries since 2013.
Lydia holds degrees from Hanover College (BA in Psychology) and Bethel Seminary (MA in Christian Thought). She is currently enrolled at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary to pursue her MDiv equivalency.
In addition to her role at Kenwood, Lydia serves as a campus pastor to medical students at the University of Cincinnati through the Christian Medical & Dental Associations (CMDA) and American Baptist Campus Ministries (ABCM). With her sister, she directs the non-profit corporation, The Market of Thyatira, to benefit international ministries that serve individuals affected by exploitative labor. Fred's Role at Kenwood
As the Pastor of Student Ministries, Fred serves. as a shepherd, teacher, and discipler of Jr. High and High School students.
Fred has a Pre-Seminary undergrad degree from Cedarville University with minors in Psychology and Greek and a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Studies from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary.
Fred has experience leading diverse youth groups. He is passionate about students and working with lay leaders to deepen the ministry to youth.
Fred is married to his wife, Tacie, who enjoys serving with him in a variety of roles.

Sara's Role at Kenwood
Sara has served as the Pastor of Children and Families since 2016.
Sara has her Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Miami University and her Masters of Arts in Biblical Studies from Moody Graduate School/Moody Bible Institute.
Sara has worked full time in children's ministry since 2012. Sara and her husband worked as missionaries through Wycliffe in Kenya for 2 years.
Sara is married to Paul and they have three children: Luke, Anna and Charlie
